The Policeman and Charlie the Cat

Before Christmas I got asked to illustrate a picture of a policeman with the owners cat 'Charlie' (the middle image) and the family friend that commissioned the illustration loved the image so much they wanted two more, one with a burglar and another one with the policeman. I decided that the images should follow a loose story in which Charlie the cat witnesses a burglary, then informs the policeman who is happy that Charlie the cat has helped him catch the crook.

Happy belated Krampusnacht folks! For those that don't know the Krampus is a mythological creature from German folklore who comes on The Feast of St. Nicholas, whereas as St. Nicholas hands out gifts and presents to all the good children The Krampus hands out coal to the naughty children, and even takes away the really naughty children
