You think growing up in the north of England I'd be used to rain by now, but the weather we've experienced lately really takes the biscuit! I should be getting out my shorts an Brian Wilson, instead I'm stuck with wooley jumpers and The Smiths.
I haven't got my watercolours out for a while so to get back into the swing of it and inspired by the amazing William Wallace Denslow illustrations from 'The Wizard of Oz' I drew my version of the cowardly lion.
This is a chalk board my budding interior design partner Miss Fanny Dyson asked me to do. The image is painted directly onto the cupboard door in chalk board paint, the paint is wipe clean so I can play with my new found obsession chalk board markers for hours!
I've just set up a twitter, so you can now follow me on there to and read all my ramblings, just click on the link for my page http://twitter.com/#!/DickVincent1
